How far in advance should I request a YardCard?

Accepted Answer

We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, graduations, and other popular celebration dates. Availability is limited and requests are reviewed in the order they are received.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting the Check Availability form is a request only. Your date is confirmed after YardCarded Co. reviews and approves your request and payment is received.

When will I hear back about my request?

Accepted Answer

We typically follow up within 24–48 hours after receiving your request. We’ll confirm availability, review your details, and let you know if any adjustments or alternate options are needed.

Question 4

Can I request specific colors, themes, or interests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can include preferred colors, hobbies, interests, school colors, sports teams, themes, and other design inspiration in your request. We’ll do our best to create a display that fits the celebration using available inventory.

Question 5

Do I need to be home for installation?

Accepted Answer

Usually, no. As long as we have permission to access the property and any gate codes or placement instructions we need, installation can typically be completed without you being home.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Florida weather can be unpredictable. YardCarded Co. will monitor weather and communicate with you if conditions could affect installation or the display. Severe weather may require changes for safety.

Question 7

What if I have sprinklers or underground irrigation?

Accepted Answer

Please tell us about any irrigation lines, sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, invisible fencing, septic components, or other underground features before installation. This helps us determine a safe placement for the display.

Question 8

Can YardCards be installed in artificial turf?

Accepted Answer

Possibly, but it depends on the installation area and setup. Please indicate artificial turf on your request form so we can review the location before confirming the booking.

How long does the YardCard stay up?

Accepted Answer

This will depend on the package and rental terms selected. Your confirmed booking details will include the installation and pickup timeframe.
